Today I received an email from a friend and told me about Brian: Brian is a marketer and he is promoting a very special product… a charity that costs you nothing. Here is the story: Brian’s son, Brennan, broke his leg in a soccer game and the most unlikely thing happened… his condition got worse and worse and they had to amputate the leg. I read the whole story in the page, and saw the videos. Such a cute baby boy… As a consequence of seeing all the other kids in similar conditions, Brian created a non-profit organization: Ampucamp. CommuniCause will provide a $25,000 award to a worthy non-profit. And here is where you and me can help: It allows people to vote online for the 501(c)(3) non-profit they believe is worthy of the award - such as AMPUCAMP. This is all we have to do… vote. You will have to provide an email, they build a list out of it… so be it. Only one vote per person is allowed, of course… If you are feeling particularly generous, there is still something else you can do: tweet, retweet, ask people to retweet, write about it in your blog … and in general do what we do: marketing, this time looking for a different type of wealth… the type of wealth that shows that huge heart you have. Will you do it? It is not that much… and the consequences can be fantastic. You can vote here: http://communicause.com/my-cause/1284 This page contains the story: http://www.evolve-now.com/AMPUCAMP Please tweet: RT to help AMPUCAMP win a 25K social media makeover http://bit.ly/YliZ5 @CommuniCause #cause1284 Thanks... I mean it. :) |
